Dairy Free Protein Balls
Doing a lil no dairy challenge with one of my groups and a no alternative sweetener (Stevia, Erythritol, etc) challenge with myself, so I experimented with those stipulations and creating a treat!
š¹INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 Cup Walnuts
-1/2 Cup Macadamia Nuts
-1/2 Cup Almonds
-4 Tbsp. Bulletproof Collagen Protein
-3 Tbsp. Bulletproof GHEE (clarified butter; pulls out the lactose)
-1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
-1/4 Tsp. Almond Extract
-1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
-2 Scoops Quest Coconut Oil Powder
š¹DIRECTIONS:
1ļøā£In a food processor, grind all nuts until smooth.
2ļøā£Spoon nut butter into a bowl and mix in all ingredients except the coconut!
3ļøā£Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and roll mixture into balls and place on paper.
4ļøā£Freeze for 20 minutes.
5ļøā£Pour coconut into a bowl and pull the balls from the freezer and roll in the coconut! And done!! Store in your freezer and enjoy!!
