Immune Boosting Stir Fry
{IMMUNE BOOSTING STIR FRY} ⚡️Packed with Vitamin C (Peppers), Immune Boosting Mushrooms 🍄, and lots of Garlic, this is a simple dinner to add in during this season! • INGREDIENTS: -1lb Ground Meat -1 Cup Peppers, chopped -1 Cup Mushrooms 🍄 -3 Garlic 🧄 Cloves, minced -1 Tbsp. Olive Oil -Salt & Pepper to taste • DIRECTIONS: 1. Chop Peppers and mince Garlic. 2. Add Olive Oil, Peppers, Mushrooms, Garlic to a pan. Sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes. 3. Add the Meat to the Veggie Mix, season with Salt & Pepper, and cook until done! *Topping/Add In Ideas: Cheese 🧀, Shredded Lettuce 🥬, Salsa, Cauliflower or White Rice 🍚
